: (1) If the government of any foreign country requests wild animals in Nepal subject to the specified conditions, the Nepalese government may provide such wild animals after completing the prescribed procedures and if it deems it appropriate from the point of view of conservation and management.
(2) According to subsection (1), the Ministry of Forestry and Land Conservation shall submit the annual statement of wildlife provided to the relevant committee of the Federal Parliament within three months of the end of each financial year.
